Strand Realty, Inc., a Florida corporation, was established over 25 years ago.  Richard S. Levine is the founder and has been President since inception.

The scope of the company's business is 

~real estate brokerage ~ development of industrial properties ~ multi-family properties ~ self-storage facilities ~ office buildings ~ strip-shopping centers ~ single family residential ~ land acquisition ~ mobile home parks ~ RV parks and site development.

Richard has vast experience in property management, leasing and sale of the aforementioned property types, as well as project planning and contractor/subcontractor negotiations.  He has also been a consultant to builders and developers in the acquisition and marketing of various commercial and residential projects. Strand Realty has participated in the ownership and operation of many income producing properties in Florida, North Carolina, New York, and Tennessee.
